How much does window cleaning cost?

Our 2025 special includes up to 10 windows cleaned inside and out for $149. Each additional window is just $20. We also include screen and track cleaning at no extra cost — it’s all part of the window!

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

For exterior-only services, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to your windows and can remove the screens from the outside. For interior services, someone 18 or older must be present to let us in — but they don’t need to stay for the entire cleaning.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Most customers schedule cleanings 1–4 times per year, with many opting for a fresh shine every 6 months. Whether you want a regular schedule or a one-time service, we’re happy to accommodate your needs.

Do you clean window tracks and screens too?

Yes! We deep clean tracks using vacuums and detail brushes to remove stuck-on dirt before scrubbing them clean. Screens are cleaned using our Xero screen cleaner, which lifts out dust and debris without damaging the material.

Is your company insured?

Absolutely. We’re fully insured for both residential and commercial work, so you can feel confident when we’re on your property.

Is there a deposit?

We do not require deposits! We don’t get paid until the job is complete and you are satisfied!

Is there a cancellation fee?

We do not charge cancellation fees! We do implement an automated appointment reminder system for your convenience, so we do request that you give us a 7-day notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. For more info on our cancellation policy, please click here.
