Our Cancellation Policy
At Jeans Window Cleaning, we understand that schedules can change. However, last-minute cancellations and rescheduling impact our ability to serve all customers efficiently. To keep our schedule running smoothly, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 7 days’ notice.
- Cancellations or reschedules with less than 7 days’ notice will result in a mark on your account.
- If you accumulate three marks, we will no longer be able to provide our services in the future.
Mark Forgiveness
We believe in fairness! If you have one or two marks on your account, you can remove a mark by:
- Keeping your next scheduled appointment as planned.
- Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 7 days’ notice for your next appointment.
If Jeans Window Cleaning Needs to Reschedule
If Jeans Window Cleaning must reschedule your appointment due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, there will be no penalty to you.
Rain Guarantee
We utilize a water purification system to flush the frames and clean the screens with our Xero screen cleaner. Additionally, we vacuum out the tracks, minimizing the chance that rain will affect your newly cleaned windows. However, if it rains within 7 days after your appointment and visible water spots appear as a direct result, we will return at our earliest availability to clean the affected exterior windows at no additional cost.
Why This Cancellation Policy?
We don’t require deposits or cancellation fees, but last-minute changes affect our ability to serve other customers. This policy ensures we can continue providing reliable, high-quality service to everyone.
